Terms of Service

By creating an account or playing Ruinkeep ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share credentials. Do not operate multiple accounts to gain competitive advantage (multi-accounting).

Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, bots, exploits, or modified clients.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
• Attempt to extract the Game's data or reverse-engineer the server.
• Use the Game for anything illegal.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Purchases

In-App Purchases are processed by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms. Refunds are handled by Apple. Purchased cosmetics are tied to your account and cannot be transferred or resold.

User content

Anything you type into the Game (empire names, taunts, chat, support tickets) is visible to us and — where the feature makes it so — to other players. You retain ownership of what you post; you grant us a license to display it within the Game.

Game changes

Ruinkeep is a live game. Balance, features, and rules can change between rounds. Round outcomes and in-game currency are not refundable as a result of balance changes.

Liability

The Game is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We will update these terms as needed. Material changes will be announced in-app and in the devlog.
