Open the Flags — Ruinkeep Devlog

Operational sprint. Every major feature now lives behind a server-side flag; the Herald has its first weekly boss fight; and battles now record a replay that can be watched frame-by-frame after the fact.

• Feature flags. Every new system (cosmetics, shop, boss raids, public pages) is gated by the public_api_enabled-family flags so we can kill-switch anything without a redeploy.
• Boss raid. Every Sunday a server-wide boss appears. Everyone hits it. Top contributors share a pool of crowns and an exclusive dynasty medal.
• Battle replays. Attacks now record a replay bundle. Watch your crushing victory or mournful defeat again, or share it.
• Emblems + themes. Unlockable empire emblems from Saga Pass. UI theme selection (dark fantasy default, more coming via cosmetics).
